How the VEN application works
Four easy steps · about 15 minutes · no upfront cash from the community
1 · Tell us who and where
Name the Traditional Authority, your development-agency partner (e.g. Ntinga in the Eastern Cape), then pick province → district → municipality and the village. The map zooms in for you.
2 · Show us the land
Draw each parcel you want to put into the Village Economic Node — as many as you like. We read the soil under every parcel and show what it can carry, with an indicative jobs and investment estimate.
3 · What you already have
Tick off what the Authority has in place — community resolution, land-rights records, legal entity, water and environmental permits. Nothing is a blocker; it tells us where to help.
4 · Contact & submit
Give us the contact person and WhatsApp number, agree to the VEN protocol, and get a VEN reference to track the application from anywhere.

Head Lease from the Authority to the VEN SPV
The Authority's 15% contribution is fulfilled entirely through land-use rights under a Head Lease. All jobs and investment figures shown in this form are estimates from SA industry budgets — they are confirmed only after field verification.
